How it leads to understanding: It will be clear very quickly (probably by the second discussion) whether someone is really out to CAUSE something or not.
How it leads to breakthroughs: If they really aren’t out to cause something, then you will know where to focus your efforts for achieving a breakthrough with them. If they are really trying, this will help to bring a focus on where additional resources, support or training are needed.

Participants will:
- Develop a stand and focus for what they are out to cause.
- Know that they will be held accountable to make a difference in those   areas.
- Be able to see if their actions are leading to breakthroughs.
- Identify where they may need additional support, help or training and   which of the Breakthrough Intervention tools would best fit that need.

Format: Ongoing one on one or group dialogue.
Recommended Participants: All associates should have an out to cause matrix.
Requirements for Success: Being held accountable and holding the discussions regularly.
