This dialogue will lead to a breakthrough in the relationship and working environment. The results of which will lead to personal satisfaction for each of the participants and increased productivity and work effectiveness for the organization.
The Facilitator will hold an initial coaching session with the leader of the dialogue to prepare them in the powerful use of this tool. Actual dialogues may be lead by either the facilitator or the individual requesting the dialogue (decided mutually). Ultimate purpose is to have all Associates able to not only hold these type of discussions without need for coaching or facilitation, but also be able to pass the learning on to others.

Participants will:
- Uncover breakdowns and problem areas and their root causes.
- Identify goals and needs for each participant.
- Identify characteristics each member needs in order to feel valued.
- Create a new vision for the future.
- Develop action plans and accountabilities to achieve a breakthrough.
Format: Facilitated dialogue
Recommended Participants: Team members in conflict or teams in their entirety that want to take
themselves to the next level of satisfaction, effectiveness and productivity.
Requirements for Success: Requires at a minimum one person (usually the requestor for the session) to
REALLY want to Transform themselves such that they operate at an entirely new level of effectiveness. Most effective if all participants are eager to
perform at a whole new level of effectiveness.
