When circumstances outside of your control seem to have a negative impact on you, what do you do? Are you paralyzed by the “What Ifs” or are you in ACTION to positively influence what you can?
When faced with trying times you have probably already figured out the worse case scenario and are wondering how could this be happening to you. It appears we naturally say, “What If” and make up worse case scenarios. We can’t stop ourselves. We are going to do it. However, an extraordinary leader will acknowledge that human characteristic. Then they will begin to help themselves and their teams to move from that initial paralysis by the “What Ifs” into action, action that has the most positive impact possible for them and their team.
Are you in action that moves you forward no matter what the circumstances? If not, help is available in this crucial area of leadership.
