It provides areas for self-examination and discussion that help to uncover what feeling valued really looks like for you (from the Associates perspective) along with other characteristics that lead to Amazing Results. Participants will:
- Self assess how they view they are treated by their supervisor in 10 areas.
- Supervisors will learn how those they support view how they are treated.
- Learn what feeling valued really means for each associate and how it can be achieved.
- Reach an understanding that a powerful relationship is a two-way proposition.
Format: Either self directed or facilitated assessment plus a dialogue using a 10 question survey.
Recommended Participants: Teams needing/wanting to deepen their understanding of each other and the expectations of the work.
Requirements for Success: An environment where associates are comfortable or are able to be honest
with their supervisor.
